Get questions answered during your personalized orientation
At Touchstone, we like to say we build more than homes. We build communities. As part of our home-buying process, we personally welcome you to the neighborhood with a personalized orientation. We conduct a final walk-through of your new home to show you everything and ensure it’s move-in ready. We’ll also review information about your home warranty and the HOA. This is the perfect time to discuss any questions that have arisen since closing. It’s just one little way we say welcome to the neighborhood, and we’re here for you.
Settle in right away
Once you have your keys and complete your orientation, it’s time to really live in your Touchstone house! We make it easy to settle in right away with our 100% Home program. Of course, you’ll have heard about this during the buying process. It saved you money, after all! But now you get to experience the ease of moving into a turnkey home.
